Software Engineering Intern - Summer

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-based software applications and components in various software languages
- Participate in Agile/Scrum software development process
- Analyze software requirements and create solutions for them
Role Purpose:
- Develop cloud-based application for Carrier’s commercial HVAC sales force
- Perform full stack software development activities as part of a scrum team
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with C# or ReactJS
- Understanding of object-oriented design and analysis (OOD and OOA)
- Experience with software development principles and processes
- Familiarity with web-based tools and architecture
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred

Pay Range:
