About the role
The National Projects Leader is a pivotal role which entails overseeing and guiding all aspects of Modernization and Controls operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the business's seamless coordination and productivity through the adept implementation and management of policies and procedures. The most crucial task of overseeing customer service to deliver exceptional experiences and promptly address any concerns is a key critical task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure cost-effectiveness across the organization.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes addressing safety concerns, data security, and other operational risks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff and regularly track and report on their performance to senior management.
- Liaise with the Service Modernization Country Manager to make decisions for operational activities and to set strategic goals.
- Regularly evaluate business procedures according to organizational objectives to identify operational inefficiencies and develop action plans to drive improvement.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the Field Operations, Business Systems, EH&S, Quality and Purchasing organizations to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage contracts and relations with all stakeholders toward successful implementation and execution of processes.
- Review financial information and adjust operating and field expenses to promote profitability.
- Support the achievement of revenue and margin growth targets.
- Technical understanding of engineering and drawings is a must.
Requirement:
- Extensive experience of Building Services Management, and/or Operations Management experience.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with employees and managers alike to foster motivation and teamwork.
- Experienced in consultation with staff and the management team to maintain organisation and effective team communication.
- Experience in optimizing business functionality by making process improvements and managing quality assurance programs.
- Experience using industry ERP systems, and other business applications.
- Strong analytical skills in combination with sound business judgment to build and sustain financial performance and integrity.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer focus.
- Ability to lead motivate effective and efficient teams.
