We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. Identifies opportunities for sales process standardization. Responsible for making significant improvements to processes to enhance and standardize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in defining GTM sales organization structure and customer coverage
Responsible for sale analytics, including but not limited to monthly standardized management reporting packages, on KPIs and other metrics needed by the business
Work with the business to develop, deploy, and increase adoption of sales tools using a digital platform by working with local business leaders and digital technology groups
Work across business units to develop and implement standard/shared sales processes and KPI's where applicable. Create/Manage dashboards to drive sales force effectiveness, pricing/revenue management, order growth, and margin improvement.
Work to refine sales enablement requirements alongside HR: onboarding, training/development, talent assessments, sales assets, rewards, and recognition
Help drive the sales operating cadence by working with sales leadership to improve overall sales commercial rigor, effectiveness, and discipline
Skills to influence up (Business/Sales Leaders) to gain support on sales/sale ops programs
Collaborate with other functions to set in motion enablers for the sales organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of Salesforce experience creating dashboards to drive sales force effectiveness, pricing/revenue management
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree, preferably in Business or Data/Analytics
Experience with Windows application and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce, administrator level experience a plus
Experience in change management
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
