The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join our team in afull-timecapacity. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC, controls, and building services projects for both internal and external customers.

This role goes beyond delivery — we’re looking for someone who can also identify opportunities, contribute to project growth, and bring a commercial mindset to client relationships.

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across HVAC, mechanical, and building control systems

• Provide direction and leadership to contractors and technical teams, motivating performance and fostering accountability

• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality outcomes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and support minor works, retrofit, controls, and innovative project opportunities

• Contribute to sales growth by identifying project variations, upgrades, and new opportunities within existing and new client accounts

• Build strong client relationships, understanding customer urgency and delivering responsive solutions

• Scope project requirements with stakeholders and align on clear project goals and outcomes

• Manage all project documentation including schedules, reports, contracts, safety compliance, drawings, and commissioning records

• Chair project meetings and provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders

About You

• Substantial experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry

• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identifysales opportunities and margin improvements within projects

• Experience developing, managing, and tracking project budgets

• Confident leading meetings and coordinating multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven
