About this role
Associates will join a fast-paced team to assist with field issues and customer service needs. Working cross-functionally, you will help identify/quantify field issues and work toward resolution. Foundational skills for this role include project management, general technical aptitude, and general business management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data in our CRM system to identify top issues
- Generate & review manual and service literature
- Generate reports & dashboards out of the CRM
- Assist with project teams through the IRP process
- Support Supplier Quality initiatives
- Utilize Carrier Excellence and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure EH&S standards and administrative procedures are followed
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in engineering related field
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed classes equivalent to junior year of college
- Proficient in the use of PC and software applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to perform tasks on their own with guidance
- Results-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of SalesForce
- Understanding of engineering principles and concepts
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of programming
