About the role:
As a Process quality specialist, you would be responsible for process improvement of more than 3 product manufacturing lines in the shop floor.
Role Responsibilities:
Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality,
Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.
Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles
Develop Quality plan addressing all CTQs
Role Purpose:
Maintain higher standards of quality in products
Turnback resolution
Ensure process compliance to standards
Minimum Requirements:
5~7 years of experience in Process quality/Excellence
HVAC background ~3 years out of the tenure
Abel to manage cross functional teams
