About the role

Carrier Business Services (CBS) is an organization committed to be a valued leader and business partner delivering efficient, effective and agile services that drive results and enable growth for our customers.

CBS operates through four regional centers and one global center. The regional centers deliver services to meet the needs of the regions that they specifically support. The global center delivers global transactional processes as well as provides services to the other four regional centers. This operating model enables us to achieve more efficient, customer-focused delivery, with a higher level of consistency, flexibility, and scalability for our customers worldwide.

This role supports the Senior Manager for OTC to provides oversight for day-to-day operations of the Order to Cash (OTC) team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Support the OTC senior manager in settling in new transitions, running day to day operations, including performance management, personnel management (hiring, development), SOPs and control framework, incidents and losses, process improvement and communication

• Provide daily support to OTC team managers, for a team of 100+ people and growing

• Help to coordinate local resources to improve operations, e.g., reporting, quality, training, Continual improvement

• Act as an ongoing liaison to coordinate with OTC teams in other regional centers to implement OTC operations best practices

• Support quick and effective escalation and resolution of operational issues for the region

• Maintain up-to-date key and emergency contact lists for the location

Ethics and compliance:

• • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures

  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures

  • Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer

  • Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement and Achieving Competitive Excellence

Success measures:

• • Work in partnership with OTC Senior Manager to stabilize transitions and build a strong operations foundation

  • Timely and accurate execution of the OTC operations

  • Employee morale and development

  • Internal customer feedback (CBS Leadership, Business Segments)
