About the role:

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our global Sensitech and Lynx digital solutions marketing communications team.

This role will support Marketing teams in the development of advertising campaigns and communications through drafting, research and analytics. May be responsible for advertising platforms, including internet sites and content. Makes significant contributions to the development of marketing campaigns to enhance Marketing communication/advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives across a variety of channels including email, social, web, events, and more.

  • Webinars and Seminars: Organize and execute webinars and seminars, including content development, speaker coordination, and technical setup. Ensure smooth delivery and high engagement.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations for internal and external use, including sales pitches, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Utilize multimedia elements to enhance the impact.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that leverage video, webinars, seminars, and presentations.
  • Video Production: Plan, create, and edit promotional video materials for various platforms, including the company website, YouTube, and social media channels. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of video content, webinars, and seminars. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Support website content and functionality enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities and help execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging development, audience acquisition, and social listening. Assist with the design, build, and execution of social media content.
  • Coordinate and manage projects with external creative agencies, and internal teams on various projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 4 + years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS/cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complex issues and subject matters.
  • Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication skills and a successful track record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic Graphic Design Capabilities using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing marketing materials and digital content.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines and balance multiple projects.
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others.
  • Experience with Zoom, LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot a plus.
