About This Role
We are seeking a self-directed and results driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our Oklahoma City, OK office. You will assist the Commercial HVAC Sales organization with rapid and accurate responses involving pre-sale and post-sale support. You will also assist with providing technical support to customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
Assist with providing HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
Assist with providing technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
Respond to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and introduction of new products.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2 Years of Experience in the HVAC industry
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable, technical field.
A Business degree would be considered.
Three years experience in the HVAC industry or knowledge of HVAC designs
Commercial Applied Equipment experience a plus
Sales experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills; superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities.
Unwavering customer service orientation.
A strong work ethic is required, which includes positivity, sense of responsibility, integrity, accountability, sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, intellectual curiosity, and sense of ownership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
