About this role
Carrier Global SIOP has a role open for an Order Management Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist to support customer delivery assurance analysis and reporting for the Commercial HVAC business in North America. Reporting to the Order Management leader and partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Services, the analyst will play a critical role in developing analytics and reports to ensure efficient order management and delivery assurance, optimized revenue and cash-flow, while driving world class customer satisfaction across all aspects of our operations. He/she will generate insights, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance order management efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This is an onsite role in Gurgaon, India.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of order management data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to on-time delivery, revenue, and inventory projections.
Identify current and past performance, to define reliability and predict potential risks.
Build reports to early identify and predict customer delivery risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate.
Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to transform complex data sets into meaningful insights.
Use tools such as VBA /Python /R /Excel to increase automation, to support various steps involved in delivering a robust order management analysis.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data governance practices. Develop and maintain data cleansing processes, validation checks, and data quality standards to improve the data reliability.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness, together with customer services, SIOP, operations, and supply chain teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or IT (advanced degree preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in data analytics for order management, customer fulfillment, SIOP, or supply chain.
3+ years of experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
MBA
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and predictive analytics is a plus.
