About the role

As a Scheduler Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and material planning activities to ensure customer requirements are met on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity by proactively managing production plans, monitoring material availability, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to minimize disruptions in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Scheduler Planner, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Prepare and maintain weekly production schedules based on RC requirements and customer demand.

  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and shipments.

  • Adjust production schedules proactively to mitigate material shortages, delays, or demand changes.

  • Compile and maintain production reports to identify operational risks, shortages, and performance issues.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, production, customer service, and suppliers to support operational goals and meet production timelines.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge of SAP related to logistics, scheduling, or production planning.

  • Conversational English proficiency.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and supply chain processes.

  • Experience coordinating shipments, suppliers, and production schedules in a dynamic operation.
