Senior Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting, annual budgeting, SKU planning, and product phase-in/phase-out activities.

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support customer demand and production planning.

• Maintain relationships with international customers and Customer Sales Engineers (CSEs) through regular communication and business reviews.

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, transfer pricing (TP) updates, and manage pricing databases.

• Maintain SAP master data, price lists, and quotation records.

• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely product delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Lead customer factory visits and coordinate customer-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Export Sales, or Commercial Support, preferably in the HVAC industry.

• Experience in pricing, forecasting, customer management, and sales operations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
