GES Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support international sales operations within the Carrier Global Network. This role will focus on sales coordination, pricing support, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update sales forecasts and sales reports

• Coordinate with the Carrier Global Network on production planning and updates

• Support annual budget alignment and SKU planning activities

• Assist with product phase‑in and phase‑out coordination with Operations

• Maintain communication with international customers via email, calls, and virtual meetings

• Prepare TP and project quotations and follow up on proposals

• Update and maintain TP databases, pricing lists, and quotation records

• Support pricing setup for new products and ensure accurate SAP data entry

• Coordinate purchase orders with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery

• Support process improvements to enhance inside sales efficiency

• Assist in organizing customer factory visits when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Trade, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or export sales (HVAC preferred)

• Basic knowledge of HVAC products and international sales processes

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Strong coordination and customer relationship skills

• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus
