About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controllerto lead and oversee key financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial statements, driving month-end close excellence, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting statutory and tax compliance requirements.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will work closely with the CFO, FP&A, RTR COE, and broader business stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, strengthen governance frameworks, and continuously improve finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Month-End Close – Oversee and manage end-to-end month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Financial Reporting & Analysis – Review financial results, provide variance analysis, and present insights to management.
Journal & Consolidation Review – Review and approve journal entries and ensure accurate HFM/consolidation submissions.
Account Reconciliations – Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
Technical Accounting Oversight – Manage complex accounting matters and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
Compliance & Internal Controls – Ensure adherence to SOX, company policies, and financial governance requirements while identifying and remediating control gaps.
Statutory Audit & Tax Compliance – Coordinate statutory audits, review tax schedules, transfer pricing documentation, and audited financial statements.
Stakeholder Management – Partner with CFO, FP&A, RTR COE, auditors, and other business stakeholders on reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration – Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls while supporting training and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CA / CPA qualified (essential)
Extensive experience in financial controllership, accounting, or external audit within a complex or multinational environment
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS/GAAP and statutory reporting requirements
Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
Proven ability to manage month-end close processes and financial reporting cycles
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across finance and operational teams
Experience with ERP systems and consolidation/reporting tools such as HFM preferred
High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a continuous improvement mindset
