About the role

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.

-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

-Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement.

-Provide technical advice on air conditioning system design, equipment selection, and system configurations.

-Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

-Coordinate with Project teams to ensure accurate and feasible system proposals and follow through on order fulfillment.

-Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

-Address customer inquiries, complaints, or technical issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines

·3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC sales, application sales, technical sales, or E&M-related roles.

·Solid understanding of air conditioning and building services systems, including system design concepts, equipment selection, and solution configuration.

·Experience in reviewing tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings is highly preferred.

·Ability to provide technical advice to consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users during sales and tender stages.

·Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.

·Strong coordination skills to work effectively with internal Engineering, Project, and Service teams.

·Good presentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation skills.
