Creative Production Manager

As a Creative Production Manager in our dynamic in-house Brand Design Creative Studio, you will play a pivotal role in redefining brand experiences through outstanding marketing collateral and branded content. You will oversee all operational aspects of creative projects, empowering designers and strategists to focus on innovation and design excellence. By seamlessly weaving strategic vision and flawless execution, you’ll drive the impact of our global Carrier brand across both corporate and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
This position streamlines operations, allowing creative talent to concentrate on their craft while you expertly manage production logistics. Your responsibilities include overseeing planning, processing briefs, building project timelines, and managing the workflow of creative and production requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct, plan, and execute the creative and production of content, supporting global brand marketing and communications.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop in-house creative workflow, production processes, and budget management for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate industry best practices to refine the creative technology stack strategy and lead implementation of streamlined processes with the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate global initiatives strategically across both Corporate and GTM Carrier.
Primary Responsibilities:
Content Production Management & Trafficking:
- Act as the operational hub within the Brand Design team, optimizing project pipelines and ensuring seamless creative service delivery.
- Manage content production workflows, align schedules, process briefs, and direct production requests with designers, Brand, Insights, Corporate Communications, external partners, and production studios.
- Oversee creative briefs for readiness and timely project kickoff.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, contract and manage external partners, and administer design and production budgets while stewarding brand assets to ensure high-quality delivery and monitor quality control.
Creative & Content Operations:
- Lead the digital content delivery process, standardizing and streamlining operations from concept through completion.
- Establish and enforce efficient workflow processes, centralize master asset management, and support continuous improvement across creative operations.
Agency & Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and partners, managing portfolios to ensure readiness for project mobilization.
- Build a robust resource pool of preferred partners and freelance talent.
- Manage ongoing engagement and performance evaluation, and guide onboarding for new agency partners, including brand immersion and procedural training.
Productivity Tools & Training:
- Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM: Bynder) systems and productivity applications such as PageProof and Canva.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions with subject matter experts to enhance team skills and system proficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7–10 years of professional experience in project management, product ownership, account direction, or similar roles with a focus on creative content delivery.
- Strong knowledge of creative production processes, with hands-on experience in digital content creation, video production, or commercial shoots.
- Proven ability to manage digital-focused projects and programs, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement in both corporate and agency environments.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (such as Bynder), PageProof, Canva, and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional skills in optimizing team dynamics, resource planning, and talent allocation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced digital environments.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships and manage partner portfolios.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for advancing creative excellence and contributing to consumer health, beauty, and wellbeing.
- Ability to thrive in situations of ambiguity and drive creative content and innovative mindsets among stakeholders.
