Job Responsibilities:

Planning the scope of the functions supported in the version with the software project manager

• Coordination of the content of the software delivery container with the various clients and parties involved.
• This includes the development of the various software components for all functions, time frames, part scopes, steps and trades planned for the release of the solution/product.
• Support in the evaluation of change requests or error analysis in the area of software.
• Responsible for the delivery of software containers to facilitate system testing, further development and market release.

Management and tracking of cross-software teams responsible for the release of product functions

• Bringing together the software components relevant to the various features of the solution/product into a complete release
• Ensure that the software development of various components during the release process proceeds according to the software project managers' plan
• Commissioning and error analysis of the software (control units, backend and frontend software)
• Monitoring continuous integration, coordinating the resolution of integration issues
• Developing and improving the Jenkins-based tool chain for continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Supporting colleagues in application development and close coordination with the specialist departments involved
• Working closely with software developers and software test engineers
• Support in configuration management

Skills Required:

• More than 3 years of experience as a software integrator or similar position
• Strong understanding of software architecture, interfaces and integration patterns
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies
• Knowledge in setting up a CI/CD pipeline
• Good knowledge of Jenkins and proficiency in creating pipelines in Groovy are required
• Knowledge of TeamCity and Kotlin is a plus
• Shell scripting (preferably bash) knowledge is a big plus
• Python knowledge corresponding to PCAP level
• Extensive experience with git and Atlassian suite
• Experience in configuration management and application is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
