About the role
The main role of the Program Manager will be to drive the New Generation of Cloud Connected Services within our Commercial Security EMEA and ANZ business and oversight of the status of the cross-functional projects and activities and will ensure the program goals are met following the processes and standards set by the business.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Electronics
- 5+ years of prior experience in projectandteam management in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment and should have been instrumental in launching two products from end to end
- Prior experience in managing cloud, connectivity or software projects
- Technical aptitude to lead cross functional projects and self-driven with a make it happen attitude
- Hight Level of Spanish and English
- Valid EU work permit
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Program/Project Management training/certificate (e.g. PMP from PMI) or significant practical experience
- Fluency in French
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to identify needs of the organization and/or customer, articulate necessary proposals and see projects through to completion.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent forward thinking skills and ability to foresee and manage program risks.
- Proactive and strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Program management of strategic programs for the Business Unit and cross-functional business processes.
- Coordinating internal & external resources and third parties/vendors for the on time, within scope and within budget execution of the project.
- Developing detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance (SPI/CPI, Earned Value, variance).
- Identifying and managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs following the appropriate processes.
- Performing risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring the team is fully aligned with the deliverables and standards set in the gated review process.
- Delivering clear and timely communication to team, cross-functional departments, and leadership.
- Driving root cause analysis when product issues occur using tools such as fault-tree analysis and fishbone diagrams.
