Role Purpose:

• Work with a diverse team of heat transfer experts
• Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities
• Support engineering design work specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities
• Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day planning for lab technicians and facilities
• Coordinate with engineers on test facility, improvements and test plans
• Lead continuous improvement efforts related to lab operation and facility maintenance
• Support engineering design work support specific to lab facilities and testing capabilities
• Manage relationships and coordinate with lab specific suppliers and vendors
• Support group purchasing and sourcing requirements
• Ownership of the operation and calibration of all test facilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with technicians and engineering teams
• Experience lending design expertise to cross-functional product development teams
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in lab and test operations

Pay Range:

$90,263 - $157,959 Annually
