About This Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with significant potential and results-oriented capabilities. The role requires familiarity with SAP and USHVAC pricing claiming processes to effectively manage distributor audits. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain customer relationships. Interaction with Carrier and Distribution Executive leadership necessitates clear communication skills. Proficiency in analytical skills is essential. Applicants should be well-versed in Carrier Excellence tools and the Carrier Way operating system.
This role involves conducting distributor audits, including data collection, analysis, and ensuring compliance with DOM policies. It also requires communicating audit status, findings, resolving disputes, and processing billings. Additionally, responsibilities include reporting the status of internal and external audits, maintaining historical data, performing ad hoc analysis, researching and developing new processes and tools to continuously improve the audit process, and updating policies annually.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail in processing and analyzing large volumes of data. The candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while leading an audit, as well as supporting others and taking direction when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Works independently to administer audits to ensure that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
Summarizes data and determines trends based on analyses of historical information to identify problems and improve overall performance.
Support internal and external customers with audit Information and data requests with standard and ad hoc metrics and reporting.
Partner as part of cross-functional teams and interact with multiple functional groups to drive process improvements as needed.
Ability to concurrently work multiple audits and bring them to closure with successful testing and documentation.
Responsible to develop, maintain and document processes, policies and procedures, analytical tools and metrics.
Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis
Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth audit outcomes
Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Effective presentation and communication skills
Responding to customer requirements in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Marketing
3+ years of Accounting, Finance, Pricing and/or Marketing experience
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of USHVAC Distribution Channel Partners
USHVAC SAP pricing claiming experience
Sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownership.
Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize.
Unwavering customer service orientation with an appropriate level of customer empathy.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to preserve relationships with external customers during audits
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
Ability to travel as needed (<5%)

Pay Range:
