Service Director - Scandinavia (remote)

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the Carrier Team in the role of Service Director(Scandinavia). In this position you will report directly to the Managing Director of Scandinavia and ensure that all service departments are properly managed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the local management group and CTE service organization is aligned ref. the priorities and strategic directions.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to develop commercial relationships with key customers. Develop & train personnel to meet their future strategic goals.
- Actively participate in management meetings to develop & implement overall business strategy.
- Actively grow revenue by expanding service product offerings as required by customers.
- Actively grow spare parts sales both organically and by the implementation of new product lines in conjunction with spare parts development team at a European level.
- Work with all stakeholders to enhance the service delivery reputation of the company; maintain & if required further develop our Service Delivery Network.
- Oversee and develop our Service Network audit program & cost management system.
- Ensure implementation & follow up on agreed processes for mounting / installation throughout service partner network.
- Work with Network Operations Manager to deliver both company & Network EHS programs.
- Develop spare parts sales in conjunction with European parts teams.
- Manage the workshop in Padborg - implement tools & processes required to improve efficiency.
- Oversee our Technical Support team & work with the Technical Operations Manager to deliver projects, such as: re-work campaigns to ensure such projects are completed in a timely & professional manner.
- Manage any field incidents in conjunction with the Technical Operations team.
- Control market pricing for Contracts & telematic solutions in conjunction with Sales Director.
- Continue to develop our online customer portal “myFleet” & ensure proper usage of eCare for claim handling & further develop contract product offerings.
- Work with the Contracts and Warranty Operations Manager & team on the contract cost evolution, the development how to produce & deliver customer contract KPI’s as required.
- Build relationships with key industry players.
- Work with Training and Product Development Managers to enhance programs & ensure training standards. Oversee engineer Training and Development programs.
Requirements:
Broad management & leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
University Degree or equivalent experience and several years prior relevant experience in a related field.
