Role Description:

Seasoned Software Engineering professional, working independently. Conducts moderately complex tests and debugs control and diagnostic systems. Undertakes multidisciplinary research, and works on system capabilities analysis to determine end user needs.

Digital Operations Analyst

Carrier is in the midst of a massive Digital Transformation – and our Digital Function is looking for an Analyst to manage, improve, and identify new opportunities for operations processes across the team. This individual will lead the day-to-day management of existing tools and processes, identify and execute ideas for improvement, and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Operations to ensure excellent collaboration across our team. This position sits within our Digital function in our Digital Growth, Strategy, and Operations team and will work in close partnership with peers across the Digital organization. Ideally suited for a driven individual, this role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership, true opportunity to make an impact, and growth opportunities.

Key programs and areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

• Manage existing governance processes, including maintaining database accuracy, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to stated process timelines, scheduling and coordinating reviews, and communicating outcomes.
• Coordinate with Digital operations stakeholders to ensure compliance and connectivity to systems across Digital.
• Develop and execute process and tool improvements, keeping an eye out for areas that would benefit from digitization, automation, and streamlining.
• Lead meetings as part of existing processes. Work with teams to gather inputs for regular functional cadences (e.g. Business Reviews, Offsite meetings).
• Act as subject matter expert processes and associated systems – and work with teams to educate, troubleshoot, and connect with teams regarding databases and tools.
• Support additional strategy and operations needs such as data analysis in partnership with HR and Finance, preparing for annual strategy and budget planning, and special projects as needed and/or desired.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the organization’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Work with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., Finance, BU and other functions) to drive alignment and execution of strategic objectives.
• Develop financial models (for accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting), track KPI, identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports and present to the leadership including variance analysis and recommendation

Qualifications:

• Master’s's degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in strategy and operations, process engineering, consulting, administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: This position is onsite based in either Bangalore or Hyderabad
