About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Sales Engineer who will support the outside sales team and contribute to Carrier’s sales growth in the UAE. The role includes customer engagement, lead generation, quotation preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, dealers, and internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Generating inquiries through regular market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.

• Updating customers on the latest Carrier software, catalogs, and product information in coordination with the Application Engineering Team.

• Preparing and submitting monthly forecast packs, including detailed sales and bookings forecasts per customer, shortfall analysis, and pipeline project status.

• Coordinating with the Credit Management Team to assess credit requirements and secure necessary approvals.

• Continuously following up on pipeline projects and maintaining accurate status updates.

• Creating quotations aligned with inquiry specifications and conducting regular follow-ups with customers.

• Managing technical submittals and handling clarifications from clients and consultants.

• Finalizing orders in coordination with the Sales Manager.

• Collaborating with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate invoice generation.

• Coordinating product delivery with Internal Sales Representatives.

• Following up on payments and collections with the Finance team.

• Managing warranty-related cases with the Warranty Department.

• Promptly addressing customer concerns and providing technical support in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Complying with Carrier’s Code of Ethics and completing all mandatory online training programs.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or sales support role (preferably HVAC or related field)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• UAE driving license (preferred)
