About the role

角色職責:

• 主動進行陌生客戶開發，拓展電子廠、科技廠及各類工業客戶群。

• 辨識客戶需求，推廣節能改造工程及監控/管理系統等解決方案。

• 負責客戶簡報、方案說明、價值溝通及商務談判。

• 與 Application / Engineering 團隊協作，整合技術方案並推動專案成交。

• 全程負責業務流程，從機會開發、提案到訂單取得。

• 建立並維護銷售管道（Pipeline），提升預測準確度。

• 支持公司年度服務營收與成長目標。

角色目的:

• 負責台灣市場改造（Retrofit）業務之陌生開發與客戶拓展，聚焦電子廠、科技廠及工業客戶，透過專業顧問式銷售，推動節能工程及監控系統解決方案之銷售，以達成公司服務成長與訂單目標。

最低要求:

• 工程、能源、機械、電機或相關科系學士以上學歷。

• 3 年以上 HVAC、節能改造、工程解決方案或 B2B 技術型銷售經驗。

• 具陌生開發及客戶簡報能力，能獨立面對客戶。

• 具備基本 HVAC、節能或監控系統概念。

• 良好溝通協調能力，能跨部門合作。

• 可配合國內（台灣）出差。
