About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Carrier’s OT Cybersecurity Program—a multi-phase initiative designed to secure our global manufacturing and industrial environments.
This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure to implement a multi-phase network segmentation strategy worldwide.
The ideal candidate will bring deep project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for operational excellence in cybersecurity and infrastructure transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain program roadmap aligned to cybersecurity strategy and business priorities. Lead the end-to-end planning, seamless execution, and delivery of large-scale, global projects across multiple time zones and business units.
Manage interdependencies, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple teams - Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Manufacturing locations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Asana, JIRA, or equivalent PM platforms. Ensure funding, resource planning, and vendor management at program scale.
Develop and track program-level KPIs and benefits realization, focusing on risk reduction, compliance posture, and operational resilience.
Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment.
Provide executive-level reporting and briefings, translating technical progress into business impact for senior leadership ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Champion continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine future phases and enhance program maturity.
Establish and lead program governance, including decision-making frameworks, risk escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive change management and communication strategy to ensure global adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of program management experience.
5+ years of experience engaging directly with senior executives/C-suite, with executive communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
3+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-site, global projects in industrial operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
PMP, Agile PM or equivalent certification preferred.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
The annual salary for this position is between $143,250 – $200,750. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
