About the role

As a Senior Associate, Delivery Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials required to support manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to proactively resolve delivery challenges, improve supply chain performance, and maintain uninterrupted production while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, Delivery Assurance, you'll be responsible for:

• Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of materials required to support production schedules.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.

• Manage shipment tracking, delivery status, and resolve supply issues that may impact production.

• Analyze delivery performance, identify root causes of delays, and implement corrective actions to improve on-time delivery.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing delivery assurance processes and leveraging supply chain systems.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Delivery Assurance.

• Experience coordinating supplier deliveries, shipment tracking, and material availability in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a global organization.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis tools.

• Experience working with supplier performance metrics and on-time delivery (OTD) initiatives.
