About the Role
This role provides the opportunity to support and improve manufacturing and logistics operations through data-driven engineering solutions. As an Industrial Engineering professional, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving labor efficiency, and ensuring quality and reliability across production lines. Your work will directly impact operational performance, production flow, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for:
•    Developing and maintaining standard work documents and engineering layouts using AutoCAD.
•    Performing capacity analysis, headcount calculations, and labor efficiency improvements.
•    Supporting production lines through line balancing, production support, and workflow optimization.
•    Interpreting engineering drawings and conducting AMEF (FMEA) analysis to ensure process reliability.
•    Preparing operational and management reports to evaluate problems and recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
•    University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
•    A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations.
•    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
•    Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
•    Intermediate level of English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience with capacity planning, line balancing, and labor optimization.
•    Practical knowledge of Carrier systems, programs, or organizational processes.
•    Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
