About the role
You will:
- Lead business over Distributors selling products and services and ensure ETT Solution Provider Strategy alignment toward existing and new distributors
- Lead Distributors and key account relation.
- Monitoring business performances, achieve plan, capturing business opportunities
- Deploy proper product training, enhance coaching activity
- Participate actively to the footprint expansion in new countries, support the cold chain development, reducing food losses supporting Carrier ESG goals
- Be the ambassador of Carrier, deploying Carrier Values, ensure ethical & compliant business
Responsibilities
Operational Business Management
- Manage Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer, Engineless, telematic and service sales.
- Develop relation over field presence visiting Distributors, Key Accounts.
- Increase our differentiation by developing strategic mindset / projects.
- Ensure business feedbacks over internal reports.
- Participate actively to the monthly sales forecast and yearly plan.
- Follow results, business performances.
- Deploy corrective actions to achieve or bit targets.
Developments continuous improvements
- Coordinate proper training improving distributor skills over face to face or online trainings.
- Support actively 360° customer offer ensuring both products & service revenues.
- Identify and report business need to fulfil markets / customer expectations.
- Support actively the cold chain development over Carrier initiatives becoming the preferred partner
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with communication skills and and keen to work in a fast-paced international environment.
You also have :
- Crisis management experience
- International mindset
- Wiliness to develop diversity and discover new cultures.
- Leadership skills
- International business experience
- Experience >5 years
- Technical / product knowhow
- Willing to travel
- English and French fluent
