Senior Manager, Inside Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager, Inside Sales to support international business across the Carrier Global Network. This role is responsible for sales operations, pricing management, customer engagement, and cross‑functional coordination in a global HVAC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and annual budget/SKU planning

• Coordinate with Carrier Global Network on production alignment and updates

• Manage product phase‑in/phase‑out activities with Operations

• Maintain strong relationships with international customers via virtual meetings and calls

• Prepare and manage TP and project quotations; maintain pricing databases and price lists

• Lead pricing setup for new products and ensure accurate SAP data updates

• Oversee purchase order execution with Customer Service and Operations teams

• Drive process improvements to improve turnaround time and sales efficiency

• Lead and support customer factory visits and business reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Trade, or related field

• Minimum 3+ years of experience, preferably in HVAC or export sales

• Strong commercial, pricing, and customer relationship management experience

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset
