About this role

The CarrierAir Conditioning is looking for a high-potential candidate to join our SAP Finance teamKey tasks include overall responsibility for SAP Finance system architecture.  Propose most efficient business processes to meet or exceed business goals and objectives for businessprocess.  Responsible for benchmarking SAP processes with similar industries to propose scalable, lowest ownership and cost solutions that fit with existing SAPsolutionAct as the integration layer between business and technology teams to deliver a seamless solution. Other responsibilities include operational support of current applications,assistingIT management in the definition of IT strategic plans, and assessment and delivery of next generation business solutions. The successful candidate willbe responsible fordeveloping, deploying, and supporting software solutions for ECC and S4 HANA products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projectsin accordance withCarrier IT’s methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well coordinated and aligned to the overall ERP enterprise architecture.

  • Design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements, in alignment with the global solution template.

  • Configure Financemoduleto achieve business goals, including integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologies.

  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the development team to get those built and tested.

  • Analyze the existing business processes and business data and provide proactive & Constructure recommendations for improvement.

  • Create solution prototypes when teams are working on future design models.

  • Controlling solution development to ensure standards arebeing observed.

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 7 + years of experience leading SAP FICO transformation across global regions, standardizing processes and delivering ERP solutions

  • This position may require travel to business sites up to 25% of the time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business,Finance,Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders.

  • Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies.

  • Highly innovative with aptitude for foresight, systemsthinkingand design thinking.

  • Vendor and technology- neutral — more interested in achieving targeted business outcomes

  • Practical inapproach to problem solving and decision making.

  • Experience in defining andmaintainingglobal templates and play books for Finance scenarios.

  • Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.

  • Experience in design,deliveryand support of Finance in SAP S4HANA environments.

  • Experience leading the Finance workstream for ECC/S/4 HANA Finance end-to-end implementation for a global, manufacturing company.

  • Expertisein configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO); understanding of integration with other SAPmoduleseg.CFIN.

  • Deep understanding of Corporate Finance Processes such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.

  • A conceptual thinker with the professional skills to create compelling solutions, considering businessobjectivesas well as appropriate regulatory and technical requirements.

  • The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectivelycommunicateand achieve results is critical.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively work with limited oversight.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
