About This Role
The Associate Director of Digital Infrastructure Product Management and Agile Execution will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and operationalizing the Digital Infrastructure product model, starting with Cloud and DevOps products and Digital Workplace Services. This role emphasizes building strong three-way partnerships between CIO teams, Digital Platform teams, and Digital Infrastructure teams. The Associate Director will serve as the voice of the customer and model collaborative behaviors to align consumers and infrastructure providers. Additionally, this role will run our Agile system, administer and organize quarterly planning, establish simple quarterly and sprint planning and review routines, teach and guide infrastructure teams to adopt agile practices in a lightweight fashion, and orchestrate internal and external communication and feedback loops. The role will also organize metrics and KPIs for the team in partnership with ITSM operations and other DI leaders. This position acts as the right hand to the Executive Director, Digital Infrastructure, to ensure effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and operationalize the Digital Infrastructure product model, starting with Cloud and DevOps products and Digital Workplace Services.
- Foster strong partnerships between CIO teams, Digital Platform teams, and Digital Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, modeling collaboration behaviors to align consumers and infrastructure providers.
- Administer and organize quarterly planning, establish simple quarterly and sprint planning and review routines.
- Teach and guide infrastructure teams to adopt agile practices in a lightweight and effective manner.
- Orchestrate internal and external communication and feedback loops to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Organize and manage metrics and KPIs for the team in partnership with ITSM operations and other DI leaders.
- Act as the right hand to the Executive Director, Digital Infrastructure, to ensure successful planning and execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in IT product management or infrastructure services.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile planning and execution within large-scale enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
- Strong understanding of Cloud, DevOps, and Digital Workplace technologies.
- Agile or Project Management certifications.
