ElectroMechanical Technician

As Electromechanical Technician you will:

• Follow technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to ensure correct assembly.

• Assemble innovative electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring high-quality standards.

• Handle electrical and manual tools with proficiency.

• Perform inspections of products, components, and raw materials.

• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, and mechanical parts as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Team to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support and training to other Operators.

• Be committed to fulfill goals.

CANDIDATE VALUES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent required; CET and/or equivalent (Level 5 - CNQ – DGERT) degree in a related area is a plus.
• Have experience working in an Industrial or Automotive sector.
• Possess relevant technical skills and knowledge in electronics and mechanical assembly.
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of Quality and integrity.
• Willingness to work in various conditions, including high places, confined spaces, and around high-voltage equipment.
• Must be able to lift 35 kilos and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and maneuver, if necessary.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have a proven intermediate knowledge of English.
