1. 與客戶協調施作時程，執行冰水主機相關設備的定期檢查或年度保養工作
2. 修繕(Repair)案件的執行、紀錄及處理報告製作
3. 支持新設備的試車工作、撰寫試車報告、協助現場移交作業及對業主的教育訓練
4. 接受公司安全、道德及技術等訓練，遵守公司相關規定
5. 與其他同仁共同輪值(夜間及假日)，處理客戶的緊急叫修事宜
