About the role

As the Office Manager for CBS, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations collaborating with Facility management, HR, IT, Functional Teams, Employees, CBS and COE Management to improve the employee experience. Here’s what you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Employee Joining day processes- Collaborate with TA, IT, GPS, Facilities to ensure a seamless experience on joining day for all new joiners into CBS/COEs- coordinate New Employee joining Meeting with CBS Global head.
  • Transport management across various shifts- Collaborate with staff managers and transport team to ensure timely rosters, Ensure optimal use of cabs and routes- by calling out teams having consistent no shows. Ensure prior approvals for ad hoc cabs.
  • Visitor Management- Ensuring  CBS/Finance visitors have the best experience by coordinating with Local Facilities,  Hyd executive secretaries.
  • Space management- Facilitate Worx (3:2) and ensure optimal use of space across shifts, considering business requirements.
  • IT Infrastructure Support Management- Work with IT team and CBS staff managers and ensure that IT /Infrastructure aspects are taken care of (inventory of miscellaneous IT equipment/laptop requirements/refresh)
  • Rewards and Recognition- collaborate with staff managers and ensure timely nomination for recognition.
  • Event Engagement management-Collaborate with Staff, local facilities teams to ensure seamless Townhalls, Annual celebrations, birthday recognitions, fun on the floor events to promote organisational culture.
  • Represent CBS/COEs in HRDC wide admin activities.
  • Support the Site Lead/Management on any office adhoc requirements.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to interact with employees in an approachable and professional manner
  • Detailed-oriented
