Requirements

• Engineer's degree, preferable with Mechanical background
• MBA is an advantage
• Knowledge of UAE Market & Govt Sectors, HVAC solutions is a plus
• 1-3 years of working experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• UAE driving license is required
• Excellent Computer skills

Responsibilities

As Key Account Engineer, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Implement the key account strategy and achieve the assigned KPIs.
• Responsible to scan the market (assigned Key Accounts) for identifying and developing clients for UTS Carrier.
• Strengthen the relationship with UTS Carrier key account to make Carrier solutions as the most preferable choice to the customer.
• Ensure Identification of clients’ needs for UTS Carrier solutions of HVAC and services.
• To respond to clients’ enquiries on time and introduce the appropriate Carrier product which meet the client’s technical requirements and offer a tailor-made solution.
• To respond to 95% of all inquiries within 24 hours.
• To Co-ordinate with Sales, marketing operations teams when required to meet with clients and company expectations.
• To ensure active engagement and systematic personal contact with all clients in his/her respective market.
• To raise customers concerns and escalate whenever there is a need to change in process.
• To ensure the highest level of client’s satisfaction for all key accounts Clients.

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY

• Comply with Carrier EH&S standards at all times.
• Report all accidents/ incidents or potential hazards.
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is done within the workstation.
