Sensitech is a fast growing global business (current revenue of 350M$) for which we need to develop a sound digital strategy.

About this role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to support Sensitech which is a global business, specialized in offering a comprehensive set of visibility solutions for tracking and monitoring temperature-sensitive products. Sensitech head quarter is located in Beverly, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business executive and leadership team by recommending and prioritizing DT investments and projects that support the regions strategic business initiatives.
  • Design and develop DT strategies to simplify and standardize back-office operation processes, enhance customer & employee experiences, drive revenue growth, margin expansion, digital innovation and mitigate compliance and cybersecurity risks. 
  • Lead the Sensitech digital technology organization to build advanced infrastructure and application capabilities to enhance DT operational efficiency and digitalization transformation.
  • Work closely with DT professionals and Center of Excellence tower leads within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, budgets for project execution as well as achieving operation excellence. 
  • Work closely with project management teams to successfully execute initiatives and delivery the committed business outcome.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of emerging DT technologies and methodologies. Identify appropriate DT technologies & service delivery, approaches for the region that consider external benchmark and best practice. 
  • Manage suppliers in terms of contract negotiation, service level fulfillment, development, deployment, and operation support. 
  • Manage product go to market initiatives and processes within the integrated DT ecosystems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, eCommerce). 
  • Develop the long-range plan and annual DT budget and track actual performance against budget targets. 
  • Develop, implement, and lead DT talent management & succession strategies that support business goals and substantiality of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Management or other information technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility.  

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, CRM systems in an international context.
  • Experience and knowledge in major ERP, CRM, CPQ, Data Warehouse, and BI systems (SAP ECC/S4H, Salesforce, BW, Power BI, eCommerce, etc.) 
  • Good knowledge in cloud technology (AWS, Azure). 
  • Demonstrated capability to work in cross functional leadership team. 
  • Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical as well as problem-solving skills. 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle several projects at a given time.
