Requirements

• Experience in logistic purchasing, experience with purchasing of indirect commodities could be an advantage
• Advanced level of Czech and English, written and spoken
• Experience with project management
• Great knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with quality management and continuous improvement
• Analytical mindset, focus on details

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out local commodity strategies in relationship with other BU and global indirect strategies in Europe.
• Manage risks and opportunities, define action plans, adapt strategies.
• Lead purchasing projects on various non product commodities, i.e.: logistics, FM/infrastructure, IT, travel, office supplies, HR. Logistics purchasing project to come.
• Manage supplier baze, centralize the purchases made in the entity and branches and support the change management if new vendor/product/service impact the process.
• Participate to purchasing objective definition (savings, supplier base…)
• Manage suppliers (terms, negotiation, follow up, progress plans) in coordination with stakeholders in terms of price, quality, delay service.
• Identify, support and facilitate cross division initiatives within country across Carrier BU
• Lead cost reduction pipeline and objectives realization in coordination with stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce Carrier rules, policies and processes.
• Respect and embody companies’ strategies and values: ethics, EH&S, CX…
• Purchase orders validation
