About the role

This role will conduct complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under minimal supervision. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning under minimal supervision. 

• Interfaces directly with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. 

• Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.

• Able to perform EHS procedure.

• Perform service, maintenance, review, adjust chiller control parameter and setting.

• Able to calibrate, identify fault and defective and replace chiller part and  component.

• Able to review/analysis chiller operation and history data.

• Perform chiller overhaul, shaft seal replacement, test & commission, Annual Shutdown.

• Generate technical report, presenting the report to customer.  

• Review and critique Connected Equipment reports being submitted by service technicians and senior service technicians.

• Understand Electrical Starters, Chiller Control Panels, Chiller Mechanical System.

• Chiller performance assessment and auditing.

• knowledge on Variable Speed Drive, chiller Control Panel, soft starter and Compressor overhaul.

Minimum Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications: Role dependent depending on your region.
