Platform Manager Data & AI

Role Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of:

  • Data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, streaming, ETL/ELT)
  • AI/ML platforms and MLOps concepts
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience integrating multiple data and AI tools into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Solid grounding in architecture patterns, security, and scalability.
• Excellent articulation and executive communication skills.
• Platform Architecture & Strategy

• Platform Onboarding & Integration

• Cost Optimization & Platform Efficiency

• Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Thinking

Role Purpose:

• Strong strategic thinking — can zoom out, simplify, and optimize.
• Cost-conscious mindset with a bias toward practical, value-driven decisions.
• Ability to challenge status quo and drive simpler, smarter platform choices.

Minimum Requirements:

• 12+ years in Data Platforms, AI Platforms, or Cloud Architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading platform onboarding, integration, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments.
