We are seeking a Senior Associate, Inside Sales to help drive our business forward. The role will be based in Atlanta and will require roughly 5-10% travel.
Position Summary
The Senior Associate, an Inside Sales team member, will have the opportunity to take part in the essential role of continued evolution, optimization, and modernization of the Ductless & VRF Integrated Support Team’s commitment to enhancing customer and outside sales support. This position will focus predominantly on the VRF sales channel by leading pre-sales HVAC application and product-oriented support for both customers and internal team members. Additionally, this position will also help with CRM platform management, special pricing assistance, planning-sales-inventory coordination, content expertise, and various process improvement/operational agility initiatives.
This role will sit in the Atlanta office. This role is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remote 20% of the time.
General Responsibilities
Work closely with product managers, applications specialists, and pricing to provide ductless pre-sales channel support (e.g., quotations, application solutions, etc.) to the sales force, distributors, dealers, and/or customers
Actively lead and participate in Salesforce (CRM) KPI reporting, internal communications, case management, delivering insights for Knowledge Management library, etc.
Strong understanding of competitive brands, how they compare with Carrier’s products, and the share per region to assist with channel strategic planning initiatives
Develop and maintain ductless forecast and coordinate with operations and field sales
Maintain spreadsheets keeping track of training and other sales programs as necessary
Helping the team deliver an efficient customer experience in a detailed manner through the implementation of process improvement/operational agility initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 6 months of experience with blueprints and technical drawings OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of HVAC industry or HVAC sales experience
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SFDC (salesforce.com)
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Outstanding interpersonal skills ability to collaborate cross-functionally and be a team player
Excellence in process management and organizational agility
