About the role

This role will be responsible to provide support for NA customer & enhance TAT and to meet NA Customer regularly & maintain the REPO.

Role Responsibilities:

• National account customer delivery

• National account revenue

• National account retrofit

Role Purpose:

• To provide support for NA customer & enhance TAT

• To meet NA Customer regularly & maintain the REPO

• To provide Technical Knowledge to dealers on products

• To ensure 100% PM for NA customers

• Safety Audit at NA Site

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in mechanical

• 2 to 3 years' experience in HVAC service team

• Technical knowledge of VRF, Ductable, DI & Cassette Machines.
