Goals and Objectives:

To work efficiently within a team and as a lone worker. High standard of reactive repairs and maintenance carrier out on customers refrigeration plant. To ensure and uphold the highest standards when delivering services to our customers. Contribute in the constant evolving industry and improve operational efficiencies and  financial profits. 

Responsibilities:

To include, but not limited to:

Generally

• Be part of a standby duty rota
• To attend reactive service breakdown calls
• To maintain equipment
• Comply with F-Gas legislation
• Assist with duties allocated
• Sites survey and reports

Specifically

• Remotely attend sites and complete reactive repairs on customer equipment
• Complete refrigeration plant maintenance to the highest level
• Complete detailed service reports in a timely manner
• Capture all additional repairs when attending customer sites
• Brazing of refrigeration pipework
• Manage van stock
• Ensure equipment are running at maximum efiiciency
• Comply with F-Gas legislation when leak testing and repairing equipment
• Complete site surveys as requested
• Support the service desk
• Continue to improve customer relations on site
• Out of hour Standby Duty
• EH&S complaint
• Any duties allocated by the supervisor
