当社の業務用空調機器アフターマーケット事業においてお客様目線の提案を実現するため、様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。また、また将来の分析マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。

Job Description

当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守契約、整備提案、更新提案、省エネ・省人化提案など）を実現するため、様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。

本ポジションでは、システム開発そのものではなく、業務要件の整理やベンダーとの調整を通じて、分析基盤の構築・改善を推進していただきます。

【担当業務】

・業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）データ分析・配信業務。

・分析内容および提案内容の企画。

・各種分析ツール開発におけるベンダーへの依頼・調整。

【具体的業務】

・各種データ（物件・作業・運転）の分析およびレポート作成

・分析に基づくサービス提案支援

・ツール開発における要件整理（※詳細設計はベンダー対応）

・国内外チームおよびベンダーとの調整業務

Minimum Requirements

＜経験・スキル＞

【必須要件】

・データを用いた業務改善・分析に関心または経験

・Excel：関数レベル（マクロ不要でも可）

【歓迎要件】

・システム導入・ベンダーとの調整経験

・データ分析経験（業界不問）

・空調関連知識（あれば尚可）

・英会話

【他特記事項】

・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ
