About the position

This position is requested to support and ensure the management, review and organization of the production plan, control and monitoring of workers for attendance, absenteeism and vacation planning, as well as report management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages and ensures all quality related items for the unit or shift are complete and documented so that established quality standards are met.
- Management of the production plan (creation, planning and translation with Industrial Eng support directed especially to the HC).
- Review and organization of production rates activity plans to run the lines.
- Monitoring of attendance and absenteeism.
- Organization of vacations.
- Production reports

Requirements:
+ 5 years as a production Mgr. 
  - Professional education: Engineering.
  - Advanced English
  - Knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, HC calculation and CSH standard hours costing.
