About the role
The Maintenance & Manufacturing Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and processes. This role directly supports business continuity by maximizing asset life, driving operational excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all Value Streams.
You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑performing operations while managing maintenance strategy, budgets, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Maintenance & Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Budget & Project Management: Plan, manage, and control maintenance and process OPEX/CAPEX budgets, including equipment, machinery, and spare parts.

  • Strategic Asset Management: Define and execute strategies to improve equipment availability, reliability, and lifecycle performance.

  • Asset Hierarchy & Classification: Establish and maintain a structured asset classification system based on hierarchy, criticality, and operational data.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose equipment and process failures using structured RCA methodologies and technical specifications.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop maintenance plans and procedures to ensure asset capacity, safety, and continuous functionality across all Value Streams.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE, driving corrective actions against established targets.

  • Predictive & Professional Maintenance: Deploy predictive maintenance tools and professional maintenance methodologies.

  • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams to ensure high engagement, accountability, and performance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing environments, preferably in stamping and assembly processes.

  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading maintenance or manufacturing teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques.

  • Experience with professional maintenance methodologies.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Proven experience managing teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Hands‑on experience with progressive and manual presses, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi‑plant or complex manufacturing environments.

  • Strong exposure to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • Experience implementing asset management or CMMS strategies.
