About the role

This role will be responsible for Hi-Wall & Cassette (TOSHIBA & CARRIER) Business Development in Telangana Region.

Role Responsibilities:

• Hi-Wall & Cassette (TOSHIBA & CARRIER) Business Development in Telangana Region.

• Business expansion by appointing new Distributer / dealers for Room Airconditioners across Telangana Region.

• Distributer / Dealer Development & confidence building for 3X business expansion in the next 3 years.

• Enquiry generation through Influencer & Distributer / Dealer Management.

• Good in communication & Presentation Skil, Self-motivated.

• HVAC design and build Jobs Experience.

• Complete Ownership of Region for Hi-Wall & Cassette sales (Room Airconditioners)

• Achieving monthly & Yearly billing target as well as collection as per the sales KRA.

• Critical Escalated - Personal visit on Site

• Timely material forecasting.

• Constantly work in region to increase the market share of Hi-Wall & Cassette business in territory.

• Supporting & taking ownership of Hi-Wall & Cassette sales.

Role Purpose:

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience preferably in the Distributor & Channel Sales.

• Graduate & MBA.
