Responsabilidades da função:

• Gestão dos pedidos de vendas T&T
• Abastecer a gerência com relatórios gerenciais
• Identificar pontos que estão impactando negativamente no atendimento ao cliente
• Coletar e analisar dados de várias fontes, como feedback de clientes, interações de serviço e chamados de suporte
• Planejamento, desenvolvimento, análise e avaliação estratégias de marketing
• Estabelecer conexão entre a agência de marketing e os objetivos da Carrier

Objetivo da função:

• Gerir a carteira de pedidos
• Monitorar a satisfação dos clientes
• Apoiar o time de vendas
• Analisar o mercado e a concorrência para identificar oportunidades e antecipar ameaças
• Criar e implementar estratégias de marketing para atender às necessidades dos clientes
• Oferecer suporte e treinamentos à equipe de CS
• Fortalecer o relacionamento com os clientes e apoiar as vendas

Requisitos mínimos:

• Curso Superior Completo em Administração de empresas, Marketing ou Propaganda
• Experiência no mercado ou conhecimento de empresas de equipamento de refrigeração, mínimo 3 anos de experiência
• Conhecimento em ERP/CRM - SAP/Salesforce

• Identify points that are negatively impacting customer service
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as customer feedback, service interactions and support calls
• Plan, develop, analyze and evaluate marketing strategies
• Establish connection between the marketing agency and Carrier's objectives

Job Objective:

• Manage the order book

• Support the sales team
• Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities and anticipate threats
• Create and implement marketing strategies to meet customer needs
• Offer support and training to the CS team
• Strengthen customer relationships and support sales

Minimum Requirements:

• Complete Higher Education Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising
• Experience in the market or knowledge of refrigeration equipment companies, minimum 3 years of experience
• Knowledge in ERP/CRM - SAP/Salesforce
