Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for our HVAC solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, providing technical consultation, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
- Promote HVAC products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals.
- Deliver product presentations and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on projects and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Engineering, HVAC, MEP, or related industries.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and estimation/quotation preparation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service mindset.
- Able to communicate in English with international customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
