    About the role

    As a KeyContact Center Agent – US Payroll, you will be the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and Business Unit partners. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all inquiries are resolved efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner, providing a high level of support. Additionally, you will work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily. Your impact will be significant, as you will help improve the employee experience and maintain the operational efficiency of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

    • Intake and manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and Business Unit partners

    • Resolve and close inquiries as first-point-of contact where possible

    • Reset payroll employee self-service passwords

    • Provide a high level of support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner

    • Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner

    Requirements

    • Great command of spoken and written English

    • High School degree or equivalent

    • 3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce

    • Experience with payroll systems

    • Basic knowledge of Payroll

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Good command of MS Office

    • Strong written and oral communication skills

    • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details

    • Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills

    • Excellent customer service skills

    Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

    • Experience with payroll systems

    • Basic knowledge of Payroll

    Job Description

    • Prepares and conducts payroll-related processes to enable timely completion.
    • Manages and maintains payroll information, checks and audits records to ensure accuracy.
    • Compiles data and prepares reports for analysis.
    • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures to enable smooth operations of the function.
    • Runs and audits reports, reviewing to solve for possible errors.
    • Responds to payroll inquiries to clarify issues.

    Minimum Requirements
    Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
    Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization
    University Degree or equivalent
    Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
