About the role

• Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers ,dealers, and sales representatives.

• Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S.

• Traveling to Upcountry locations on basis of requirement.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers

• Spares planning for branch and Dealers & Audit on Regular basis

• Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis

• Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers quarterly basis & improvement plan

• Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF , site visits for Technical support

Minimum Requirements:

• BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical

• Should has 3- 12 Years of Experience in Airconditioning Service
